VistaClaim Instant works within your current workflow and is customizable to handle and much or as little work as you choose. The photographs can be sent directly back to YOUR staff appraisers to complete estimates in-house or can be written by the qualified staff appraisers at VistaClaim and receive your estimate within hours versus days.

STEP 1 - CLAIM CREATION
Once the Claims Adjuster has determined that the claim "qualifies" for a direct dispatch (i.e. Insured has access to a smart phone or tablet), the adjuster logs into the web application via app.vistaclaim.com and completes a few basic claim details.
Upon completion of the "new assignment" form, the adjuster has the option to dispatch the mobile application directly to the Insured's mobile phone or tablet via email and/or SMS text message.
The Consumer receives a customizable email or SMS Text message with a direct link on how to download the application directly from the Google Play or iTunes marketplace at no cost.
STEP 2 - LOGIN PAGE
Upon successful download, the insured is required to login to the mobile app with the last 6 digits of their Vehicle Identification Number or Email Address. A help tutorial located at the bottom of the screen aids the user to effortlessly navigate the application.
VistaClaim maintains a dedicated Customer Support Center to help the customer with any questions or technical issues via our dedicated Toll Free Support number.
STEP 3 - CONFIRM CLAIM
If Vehicle Owner has had multiple claims with the same Vehicle (same Vehicle Identification Number), the app will request the owner to verify and confirm the appropriate claim that's being requested by the insurance carrier.
STEP 4 - CLAIM DETAILS
Once the vehicle owner has verified and confirmed the appropriate claim number, the app will display additional claim details provided by the insurance carrier. At this point, the vehicle owner will have the capability in selecting the "Accept" button to move the mobile application to the picture capturing process.
STEP 5 - REQUIRED PHOTOS
The Mobile App lists photographs that will be required by their insurance carrier. The photos are requested and displayed in a systematic order to recreate the basic surveying/inspection patterns (360 degrees around and inside the vehicle) of an appraising professional.
STEP 6 - PICTURE PERFECT SILHOUETTE
Ensuring that the vehicle owner is taking the photographs at the correct distance and angle is a challenge with other photo applications. With Picture Perfect Silhouette, the vehicle owner can simply line up the vehicle within the silhouette to ensure a perfect picture every time.
STEP 7 - UPLOAD PHOTOS
Once all required photos have been taken, the Upload button at the bottom of the screen becomes visible. The user is prompted to upload the photos back to the Insurance Carrier with a Customized Response Page to ensure your customer is informed on the next stage of the process.
After the upload of the photographs from the Vehicle Owner has been completed, the adjuster can immediately access the photographs within the VistaClaim Web app and will also receive a PDF format via email.
At this point, the Insurance Carrier retains multiple options:
- Reject Assignment back to the Vehicle owner for additional photographs
- Write the estimate with one of their own staff appraisers
- Have VistaClaim write the estimate with one of their desk appraisers
- Have the claim reassigned to Nationwide Appraisals for a physical inspection
